Please Note:  As of 2011, Hospice Foundation’s annual reports are now published on a calendar year basis for the convenience of our donors.  The Foundation operates on a fiscal year July 1 to June 30.

Annual Report 2012
Published in February 2013, this report announces Hospice Foundation’s grants  awarded in Oct. 2012 totaling $1.1 million and provides a round-up of activities during calendar year 2012, plus a financial report representing the operating fiscal year 2011-12.  It also includes a 12-month listing of donors representing gifts received during the calendar year 2012 (Jan. 1-Dec. 31).

Annual Report 2011
Published in February, 2012, this report announces Hospice Foundation’s grants  awarded in Oct. 2011 totaling $1.4 million and provides a round-up of activities during calendar year 2011, plus a financial report.  It also includes a 12-month listing of donors (Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2011).

Annual Report 2010
Published in February, 2011, this report includes an 18-month listing of donors (July 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010) as well as actions and achievements on grants, fundraising events, and other Foundation operations.  With the exception of the donor list, this report covers operational and fundraising activities from Jan. 1 2010 to Dec. 31, 2010.  This transitions Hospice Foundation from publishing a fiscal-year-ending Annual Report to publishing a calendar-year-ending Annual Report.

Impact Report 2010
Published in Aug. 2010, this is a brief discussion of community impacts achieved by Hospice Foundation’s grant-making from July 1, 2009.

Annual Report 2008-09
Published in August 2009, this report covers the fiscal year June 30, 2008 to July 1, 2009.
