Mission

Hospice Foundation believes the final act of living well is dying peacefully, in comfort and with dignity, surrounded by loved ones. Toward this end, Hospice Foundation raises funds and awards grants to local organizations that specialize in compassionate care at the end of life.  We also advocate for improvements in end-of-life care in our community and beyond so that these services are available to all.
