Mission

Hospice Foundation believes the final act of living well is dying peacefully, with comfort and dignity and surrounded by loved ones. We raise funds and distribute grants to local organizations dedicated to care at the end of life. We inform people in the community and policy makers about end-of-life issues and the need for change so that services are available to all.
