Caregiver Action Network - This link will take you to discussion forums on a variety of caregiving topics. Here you can connect with other individuals facing similar situations, share your experiences, and offer and receive support.
MyCareCommunity – Find support, information and discussion boards for caregivers. This site is from Enclara Health, a healthcare resource organization, focused exclusively on providing clarity, direction and support for individuals and their families coping with declining health and serious illness.
Caregiver.org – Family Caregiver Alliance offers tools and information about caregiving, coping, and where to find help.
Caringinfo.org – The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization provides through this website, Caring Connections, a wealth of information on many issues, including caregiving, surrounding the end of life.
Caringresources.org – Published by the Compassionate Care Alliance, which is funded by Hospice Foundation, this site has links to articles and other information surrounding serious illness and the end of life. It also has links and information about organizations in its local area, Monterey and San Benito counties, Calif., that can offer help.
PartnershipforParents.org – Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition, funded by Hospice Foundation, has created this website for parents of children who are seriously or terminally ill. It helps guide parents through the stages of their child’s illness.
