When it does, every family, regardless of socio-economic level, will have varied needs for care and services for their afflicted loved one.  We know you and your family want care that offers compassionate support, comfort, and pain management in a home setting that maintains the dignity and privacy of your ill loved one.  This is the essence of hospice.

Your generosity helps Hospice Foundation sustain local providers of end-of-life services who struggle to keep their doors open because of steeply declining reimbursements from government and other insurance payors. They turn to Hospice Foundation for help to fill the financial gap. 

Through the Foundation, your gift can help many organizations all at once.  You help make it possible for these services to remain available in the community.

As a result, our residents, young and old, who are at the end of life, and their families caring for them, will be able to find the help they want and need.

There are many ways, at many giving levels, in which tax-deductible charitable contributions can be made to support hospice care through Hospice Foundation.

Gifts are received in response to our direct mail appeals or fundraising events, or as memorial or honorary tributes to loved ones or friends. Donors receive a gift acknowledgement receipt for their tax records. If your gift is sent to honor or remember someone, that person or his or her family receives a personalized note indicating that the Foundation has received a gift in their name. The card includes your name and address, but not the amount of the gift.
