How to Apply
Hospice Foundation grants are awarded to tax-exempt, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organizations that offer compassionate care services in Monterey and San Benito counties for those at the end-of-life and their families. Services are designed to enhance the dying person’s quality of life, to ensure their dignity, and to honor their choices about the kind of care they want, who they want with them, and other issues. Bereavement and other family supportive services may also be funded.
Faxed or E-Mailed letters of intent and proposals will not be accepted.
