This grant will fund training for family and professional caregivers on dementia issues, and provide families with information, cae consultation, community referrals, support groups, and respite services.  The goal is to raise awareness among caregiers about standards of compassionate end-of-life care, including culturally competent care, for advanced dementia patients.
