2012-13 Grant
$25,000

Part of this grant, $10,000, will fund hospice patient care and bereavement services for residents in North Monterey County. Additionally, $15,000 will fund the We Honor Veterans outreach program in collaboration with Central Coast Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice . Both agencies will work together to offer comprehensive services and support to U.S. military veterans in the region.
