This grant will fund hospice patient care and bereavement services for residents in North Monterey County. This grant also funds the We Honor Vets outreach program in collaboration with Central Coast Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice in which both will work together to offer comprehensive services and support to U.S. military veterans in the region.
